South Cargo Building A Parking Lot Expansion

This project involves expanding the existing parking lot located adjacent to the South Cargo Building A facility. Expansion of the parking lot will be along the north side of Airport Road between Cargo Building A and D and will create approximately 88 new parking spaces, which includes eight electric vehicle-charging stations. The scope of work also includes providing five additional ADA parking spaces and five new streets lights mounted on poles. Work includes but not limited to; civil work consisting of excavation, grading, drainage modification and utility relocation, paving, pavement marking and signage. In addition, construct a pedestrian crosswalk at the Sullivan and South Loop Road intersection, as outlined in these technical specifications and drawings.
