Miscellaneous Track Materials

The work under this Invitation for Bid (IFB) generally consists of, but is not limited to, Track Materials, for a period of one (1) Base Year, with the option to extend the Contract, which may be exercised at NJ TRANSIT's sole discretion, for one (1) Option Year. All work must be in strict conformance with the specifications provided in the Bid Documents. To subscribe, follow instructions on the website. The fee schedule is available on the website and all fees are payable to Bid Express. Interested parties are required to RSVP to Tom Segear by emailing TSegear@njtransit.com by 4:00 P.M. (EST) on Friday, June 10, 2022. Bidders are advised that attendance at the pre-bid conference is strongly recommended. Contractors and subcontractors are also required to comply with the State of New Jersey, Division of Revenue and Enterprise Services, Business Registration Certificate requirements (N.J.S.A. 52:32-44). Contractors or Subcontractors shall not engage in the performance of any work, unless the Contractor or Subcontractor is registered as required. The requirements of N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.14, Executive Order 117 (2008) and Source Disclosure (N.J.S.A. 52:34-13.2) apply to this project.
