RFQ Contractor - On-Call Vacant Unit Repair Make and Ready Services

The Authority is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to assist the Authority in Vacant Unit Repair Make/Ready Services. The Authority currently contracts out a portion of the vacant unit turns. The goal of this Solicitation is to select the most qualified contractors for placement on a Roster. Each contractor selected for the Roster will sign an On-Call Contract for Vacant Unit Repair Make/Ready Services that will not include any specific scope of services. As work assignments arise, the Authority will notify contractors from the Roster, conduct a job walk, and negotiate the scope of work. Contractors shall provide quotes for the completion of the scope work which will be formalized in a Work Order to the On-Call Contract. Work Orders will be awarded by job based to the contractor who provides the lowest quotation and can complete the work in the required timeframe. The term of the Roster is for three base (3) years, beginning on or about September 12, 2022 and expiring September 12, 2025 The Authority reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive any informality in bids wherever it is in the best interest of the Authority.
