Description | Award Details Contract Award Date: Sep 27, 2022 Contract Award Number: W9123722D0028 Task/Delivery Order Number: Contractor Awarded Unique Entity ID: Q33YDB6H2D39 Contractor Awarded Name: AMHERST MADISON, INC Contractor Awarded Address: Charleston, WV 25306-6637 USA Base and All Options Value (Total Contract Value): $75000000.00 INDEFINITE DELIVERY CONTRACT (IDC) FOR MARINE-BASED CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS ASSIGNED TO THE RIVERS DISTRICTS (HUNTINGTON AND PITTSBURGH) OF THE GREAT LAKES AND OHIO RIVER DIVISION (LRD) The contract will be unrestricted with a target of five (5) awards. Contract period will be a base period of one (1) year and four (4) one-year option periods. The total contract amount will be a shared capacity not to exceed $75,000,000.00. The primary objective of this contract is to provide site survey, work plan(s) and/or specifications, construction, maintenance, repair, and/or rehabilitation (MRR) services to Government installations and facilities located within the geographical boundaries of the Rivers Districts (Huntington and Pittsburgh) locations of the Great Lakes and Ohio River Division, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. The primary geographic boundaries for work executed under this contract are the Huntington District and Pittsburgh District. However, the Government may execute task orders beyond this geographic area in limited circumstances where the Contracting Officer makes a written determination that the intended delivery method is within the technical scope of the contract, was considered in any contract prices and in the evaluation determination for award, and otherwise complies with the contract's terms and conditions and all applicable laws and regulations. The absolute boundaries of this contract are the Rivers Districts boundaries of Nashville, Huntington, Louisville, and Pittsburgh. Prior to task order solicitation, the Contracting Officer will coordinate with the existing IDC contractor(s), to ascertain their interest and capability to perform any project requirement beyond the primary geographic area of the IDC. The contractor cannot be compelled to perform outside the primary geographic area of the contract.
