Description

This is an Agreement in which the Contractor shall provide services to replace the door control console for the Special Housing Unit. The Contractor will be compensated for the services in accordance with the service rate specified on Exhibit B-1, Public Works Rate Sheet, which shall include all labor, insurance, bonds, licenses, travel and per diem, materials, non-consumable supplies, transportation, equipment (including rental), training of key institution personnel and every other item of expense necessary to provide the services for the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR), at California Institution for Women (CIW) located at 16756 Chino-Corona Road, Corona, CA 92880 Letters of Inquiry August 22, 2022 Anticipated Date for Commencement of Services October 14, 2022 Termination of Agreement April 14, 2023
