| Description | The date and time of opening the bids shall be clearly marked on the outside of the sealed envelope. No bids will be accepted after 2:00 p.m. on the date bids are due. All questions regarding this projectshall be directed to the County Engineer at 830-896-9046. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond payable to Kerr County in the amount of five percent (5%) of the amount bid as a guarantee that the contract and bond will be entered into within ten (10) days after the award is made. A performance/payment bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the total contract price will be required. No bidder may withdraw his bid within sixty (60) days after the actual date of the opening. All questions regarding this project shall be directed to the County Engineer at 830-896-9046. |
