CSB Server Room AC System Replacement Services

Contractor shall procure and replace an air conditioning system (roof-top condenser, indoor hung evaporator and associated components) that provides year-round cooling to a server room at the County Services Building located at 3283 122nd Avenue, Allegan, MI 49010 Below are photos showing the existing roof-top condenser and the hung evaporator along with its faceplate Instead of replacing the existing AC System with a like system, Contractor shall install two appropriately sized ductless mini-split systems (external roof-top condensing units connected to internal wall mounted evaporator units with external condensate pumps) designed to operate in tandem at low-ambient temperatures down to -20 degrees and maintain a stable humidity level optimized for server room technology. After making a site visit to confirm that proposed replacement equipment has correct specifications and can be successfully installed, Contractor shall procure the new AC mini-splits with all options and accessories necessary to replace the existing systems specified in Section 2 and integrate this new AC mini-splits into the County's Building Automation System (existing controls to be re-used or new ones to be supplied by Grand Valley Automation - GVA) Contractor Inquiries - due by 3:00 p.m. on September 8, 2023.
