| Description | The Colorado Department of Human Services (CDHS), Division of Facilities Management (DFM), is organized into three Districts, comprising 343 buildings spread over more than 20 campuses. These services include the day-to-day facility maintenance and operational needs. The North Central District (NCD) is located at the Colorado Mental Health Institute at Fort Logan (CMHIFL), in Denver, Colorado. The Southern District (SD) is located at Colorado Mental Institute at Pueblo (CMHIP), Colorado. The Western District (WD) is located at the Grand Junction regional Center (GJRC). Each DFM District has been purchasing HVAC filters from multiple vendors to meet their HVAC filter needs. On average the North purchases 3816, South purchases 7905, and the West purchases 896 filters of different sizes annually. |
