Description

HVAC services to Region 4 HQ building (10601 W. 10th St., Greeley, CO 80634). Contractor is responsible to perform periodic routine preventive maintenance and repair of all accepted Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioner units (HVAC) and will report, bi-monthly, on each unit status and all work performed. For the purpose of this document (HVAC unit) will include all items necessary to provide Heating, Cooling and Ventilation to the facility. Contractor will be responsible to initially inspect all CDOT HVAC units and provide a written report of the inspection.
