| Description | To furnish all labor, materials, supervision, equipment, supplies, tools, services and all other necessary incidentals required for an annual cost for complete on-site dewatering, hauling, and disposal services at each of the City's wastewater treatment plant sites using City's mobile centrifuge equipment and pumping cent rate back into the City's wastewater plant. The City anticipates generating an estimated 1,700,000 gallons of sludge a 1.5% solids from its five (5) wastewater treatment plant locations. The City's wastewater treatment system produces aerobically digested waste activated sludge with no primary sludge. |
