Minor Window Restoration Old Gym

State University of New York College of Agriculture and Technology at Cobleskill is seeking a responsive and responsible contractor to provide minor window restoration services at Old Gym as described and detailed in the contract documents including: 1) Remove and dispose of existing aluminum storm windows. 2) Remove, salvage and deliver to Owner all existing wood storm windows. 3) Replace broken glass windowpanes at all locations indicated in the Window Restoration Schedule. 4) Remove and replace all loose and deteriorated glazing compound. 5) All deteriorated wood components are to be repaired and restored. 6) Restore functionality of operable components. 7) Because of access challenges, restoration of dormer window sash is intended to be done in place. 8) Owner will remove all interior window shades, owner will do all repair/restoration work related to exterior doors and sidelights immediately adjacent to the doors, and owner will procure and install all new interior storm windows.
