Description

Sunset View is located in Juneau and consist of 15 duplexes, with basements and wood construction. The project will need site clearing which we plan on doing over the winter months or spring depending on other site. Construction will start late summer. This project will coincide with another project in Reeseville called River's Edge that will consist of 5 duplexes. Pricing needs to be broken out per site as the Juneau site is using WHEDA tax credits. WHEDA tax credit will require Green built home items, new hires, or transfer hires of previous WHEDA projects.
