Eastern State Hospital Landscape, Lawn Care Maintenance and Snow Removal

To provide Landscape, Lawn Care Maintenance & Snow Removal for Eastern State Hospital, located along Newtown Pike, Lexington, KY. The grounds area is estimated 88 acres. The successful contractor shall furnish all supervision, personnel, equipment, materials, tools and supplies as required for the landscape, lawn care services & snow removal herein described. Services will begin July 1, 2022. The successful contractor(s) should be able to provide: Landscape and Lawn Care Management and Maintenance Service Snow Removal for a Hospital location that functions 24/7, and must stay clear at all times Elimination and prevention of weeds from three rooftop gardens, as well as deter animals from nesting in the rooftop gardens for animal and patient safety. Services include but not limited to Turf Building, Insect Control, Mowing, Edging, Weeding, Mulching and Tree Care.
