Description | Major elements of work for the project include but are not limited to the decommissioning and removal of existing above ground aviation fuel storage tank(s), fabrication and installation of new above ground aviation fuel storage tank(s), miscellaneous existing aircraft fueling system and electrical improvements, installation of an owner provided standby generator, and installation of aircraft apron flood lighting. The Engineer's cost opinion for this work is Between $450000,000 and $7000,000. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. All Bid documents shall be submitted in hard copy. Electronic or e-mailed submissions shall be rejected. This contract is for a public work subject to Oregon Bureau of Labor and Industries (ORS 279C.800 to 279C.870). The Bidder must agree that the requirements and conditions of employment be observed and minimum wage rates, as established by the Oregon Bureau of Labor and Industries be paid under the Contract. No bid for a construction contract shall be received or considered by Union County unless the Bidder is registered with the Construction Contractors Board as required by ORS Chapter 701 or licensed by the State Landscape Contractors Board as required by ORS 671.530. Contractors must be qualified in accordance with ORS 279 and other applicable sections of the Oregon Revised Statutes in order to enter into a Contract with the Owner for public work in Oregon.
