Description

The City seeks a consultant team, with expertise in transit planning. The scope includes identifying transit operating delay in the network of all corridors in the city; screening all Denver Moves Transit identified Capital Investment Corridors in addition to other transit operating corridors for potential improvements, resultant Speed and Reliability treatments; prioritization of the list of corridors/projects for investment under several different scenarios and develop an implementation strategy; and providing concept design for acceleration of deployment.
