Habitat for Humanity, Lee and Hendry Counties is seeking qualified subcontractors and materialmen for its fiscal year 2020/2021 home building program. As Habitat is committed to procuring goods and services with properly certified HUD Section 3 and Disadvantaged Business Enterprise subcontractors, we encourage their participation in our building programs. The purpose of this notice is to advise all interested parties of this upcoming bid opportunity and to register their interest in submitting bids. Should you have an interest in partnering with Habitat for this work, please reply by email to Olivia Thomas at OliviaT@habitat4humanity.org or via telephone at 239-652-1692 no later than Friday July 09, 2021 to be placed on our FY 21/22 bid list. The trades covered by this bid letting will consist of those typically associated with new homebuilding and home remodeling such as site clearing, earthwork, utility services, well & septic systems, concrete driveways and foundations, framing, drywall, insulation, roofing, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, cabinetry and trim work.
