2022 Annual Concrete Placement Work Order Construction Contract - Package V

This contract includes, but is not limited to, furnishing all materials, equipment, labor and supervision for the construction of concrete curbs, sidewalks, driveways, retaining walls, wheelchair ramps, steps, rip rap, other designated concrete items, and associated work throughout the SAWS service area on an annual work order contract basis. Answers to the questions will be posted to the web site by 4:00 PM (CT) on August 11, 2022, as a separate document or included as part of an addendum. Please be advised that Bidders are prohibited from communicating with any other SAWS staff, the Consultant, the Developer, or City of San Antonio officials regarding this IFB up until the contract is awarded as outlined in the Instructions to Bidders. The San Antonio Water System Contracting Office reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to accept any bids, or parts thereof, considered by the San Antonio Water System to be to its best interest, and to waive formalities or irregularities.
