| Description | Inspect the existing scales, evaluate the condition of the scales and all components, and propose a solution to lengthen the life of the scales and the load cells. This shall include at minimum replacing the current electronic load cells with hydraulic load cells, repairing/replacing any existing damaged checking, adding additional checking, relocating the truck scale data management system, updating the truck scale data management system, replacing the digital weight displays, repairing/replacing any damaged steel components, and providing a 3 year warranty and O and M services. |
