2023 Asbestos Abatement Project - Fred Rodgers Magnet School

The Board of Education of East Aurora School District 131 (Board), will receive sealed bids for asbestos abatement work for the 2023 Asbestos Abatement Project at the following building: Fred Rodgers Magnet School Facsimile and electronic bids will not be accepted. Bidders are responsible for ensuring timely delivery of their bid; no late bids will be accepted. Bid security in the form of a bid bond, certified check, or cash in an amount equal to 5 percent of the base bid amount shall be submitted with the bid. The successful Contractor shall provide Labor and Material Bonds, and Performance Bonds for the work. In accordance with the Prevailing Wage Act, all bidders shall guarantee that not less than the prevailing wage will be paid to laborers, workers and mechanics performing work under the contract. The Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids, or any part thereof, and to waive any irregularities or technicalities in the bids.
