Lafayette Townhomes 2900 Park Avenue Structural Repairs and Unit Upgrades

The General Scope of Work for this project will consists of, but will not be limited to, interior demolition, mold abatement. Rough and finish carpentry, roof replacement, exterior repairs and window repair and replacement, drywall repairs, electrical, plumbing and mechanical equipment repairs and replacement, painting, flooring and cabinetry in all four units at 2900 Park Ave., St. Louis, MO 63104. Est. Completion Date: Dec. 30, 2022 The General Scope of Work for this project will consist of, but may not be limited to, interior demolition, mold abatement, structural steel repair and replacement, rough and finish carpentry, exterior wall repairs, window repair, drywall repairs, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical equipment repairs and replacement, painting, flooring, and cabinetry in all four units at 2900 Park Ave., St. Louis, MO 63104. The anticipated performance period for this project is 120 calendar days. . The established goal for the business participation shall be no less than25% MBE and 5% WBE of the total contract(s) price. The goals for workforce content are 35% minority and 5% women.
