2020 Community Center HVAC Replacement

Terminate gas, electric and sheet metal to units. Remove two (2) condensing units. Remove two (2) air handling systems and furnaces. Furnish and install two (2) new Carrier air handling units. Furnish and install two (2) new Sterling in-line duct heaters. Furnish and install two (2) new Carrier condensing units. Only one (1) system will be removed at a time due to the facility being occupied. Likewise, installation of only one (1) system at a time to maintain adequate cooling/heating as necessary for any office space being occupied. Install new refrigeration piping including liquird line dryers between new air handling units and condensing unit coils. Install new outside controls for fresh air intake per code. Install new b-vent and single wall vent from air handling units heat exchanger. Install new condensate drain from air handling units. Complete all necessary electric and gas modifications, connections, and materials to new air handling units. Install all necessary materials to complete installation of aforementioned new air handling units, condensing units with fresh air intakes, and in-line duct heaters per code. Fabricate all necessary sheetmetal plenums and transitions for new dimensions. All new duct work will be secured and sealed. Ensure safe transportation of both old and new equipment in and out of the building to prevent damage to any surfaces and/or structures, including Community Center grounds and parking lots. All control wiring will be installed for a complete and functional system.
