OD Heck Loading Dock Upgrade

Loading dock leveler repair and replacement. This project is regarding the replacement and repair of the loading dock and dock leveler. SCOPE OF WORK includes, but is not necessarily limited to the following: Replace a section of steel diamond plate deck (left side as facing the building) approximately 24”W x 14.5’L with new steel, along with painting new section. Install a 4’ yellow safety railing on top side of concrete dock from right side of steel deck to cinderblock wall (behind rolling dumpster). Remove current dock leveler and replace with 6’ by 8’ lift table. A 10’W x 10’L x 4”H pad needs to be poured prior to installing the lift table. Two 48” bollards must be stationed and anchored in front of the lift table to help prevent accidental collision. Please include preplanned preventative maintenance visits to ensure everything is in working order for 6 months and 12 months.
