Walk-in Refrigerator/Freezer

The work consists of Walk-in Refrigerator/Freezer Direct ALL bid questions on electronically. They will be answered online. If Margaret E. Morton Government Center is closed for any unforeseen event, bids will be due at the same time on the next business day that the Center is open. Certificates of Insurance required shall be furnished to the Department of Public Purchases, Margaret E. Morton Government Center, 999 Broad St, 2nd floor, Bridgeport, Ct. 06604, and must be shown as issued to the City of Bridgeport, as additional insured with 30-day notice of cancellation, or non-renewal with Insurance Endorsements. Include with bid package a copy having $1,000,000.00 in General Liability Insurance. The City of Bridgeport reserves the right to: Reject any and all bids in whole or in part or to waive any informality in bidding if it is determined to be in the best interest of the City of Bridgeport. Reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to decline to make an award. Make awards not based solely on low bid when time is a critical factor. Award of a contract resulting from the solicitation to the responsible vendor (s) whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, will be most advantageous to the City of Bridgeport, cost, price, and other factors specified elsewhere in this solicitation, considered under a Best Value analysis as provided by the City Ordinance. It is hereby understood, agreed, and acknowledged that upon award to the successful bidder the undersigned bidder shall be bound and obligated to perform for the City of Bridgeport in accordance with the Terms, Conditions, and Requirements herein shall deem this document to be null and void.
