Utility Analysis Zone 362 and 363 Water Service Transfer

Scope includes, but is not limited to, the furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment, services and incidentals for the construction of infrastructure site work. The work will include but not be limited to site preparation, earthwork, water systems abandonment and modifications, water service permitting, water service installation and connections in the public right of way and on private property, relocating meters from the back of the properties to the right of way, driveway, roadway and walkway restoration and construction, landscape restoration, restoring existing irrigation and utilities systems on private property, various private property restoration and site furnishings. The general location of UAZ 362 and UAZ 363 is bordered on the north by Pembroke Road. on the west by SW 68 Way and SW 68 Terrace, on the east by SW 64 Avenue, and on the south by SW 25 Street.
