| Description | The work is to include but is not limited to: Installing new UV light fixtures in common areas, restrooms, lobby, hallways, conference rooms and offices (total of 10 fixtures.). Light fixtures are to be type “Lumen Focus GUA S Fixture” (specs are included). There will be a total of 10 of the 4-foot fixtures. Work shall include all wiring, all electrical equipment (including conduit if needed), or any other item necessary for each fixture to operate. The bidder’s proposal shall include a breakdown of costs showing complete cost per fixture per size (fixtures and bulbs will be supplied by PBCHA). The proposal shall also include a complete breakdown of all material, labor, and equipment. |
