Description

Removal of existing and installation of new playground equipment at four (4) neighborhood parks within the City of Rensselaer, including Riverfront Park, Tracy St Pocket Park, First Street Pocket Park, and Plum Street Pocket Park. Contract term: 6/23/2022-6/24/2024 The Project shall be completed on or before Wednesday, May 15, 2024. The Project start date will be on or about Monday, October 2, 2023. Bid security in the amount of 5% of the Bid must accompany each Bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.The successful Bidder will be required to furnish a performance bond and a payment bond, each in the amount equal to 100% of the contract price. The City of Rensselaer reserves the right to waive any informalities or irregularities in the Bids received, or to reject any or all Bids without explanation.
