Suburban Park Improvements, Phase 1 The project areas include the portion of Suburban Park delineated as Phase 1, located at 101 Suburban Avenue, State College, PA. The project includes earthwork, streambed relocation, stormwater BMPs, bituminous walking path, pedestrian bridges, concrete sidewalk, benches, pavilion, landscaping, seeding, and other associated work. The project is subject to minimum prevailing wage rates. All bids shall be accompanied by a bid bond or certified check in the amount of 10% of the bid. Ferguson Township reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive any bid formalities.

Division 11 -	Equipment, Play Field Equipment and Structures, Playground Equipment, Play Structures.
Division 31 -	Earthwork, Selective Clearing, Grading, Earthwork Methods.
Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Bases, Ballasts, and Paving, Flexible Paving, Asphalt Paving, Rigid Paving, Concrete Paving, Curbs, Gutters, Sidewalks, and Driveways, Athletic and Recreational Surfacing, Site Improvements, Fences and Gates, Planting.
Division 33 -	Utilities, Instrumentation and Control for Utilities, Water Utilities, Water Utility Distribution Piping, Water Utility Distribution Equipment, Disinfecting of Water Utility Distribution, Water Utility Storage Tanks.
