Description | As of October 17, 2022, an engineer has been selected for the project. A firm timeline for construction has not been established. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: The Department of Technology, Management and Budget (DTMB) and in partnering with Michigan State Police (MSP) is seeking proposals including Phase 100 through Phase 700 for two objectives: A. Mill and repave 3 parking lots at 3 locations. Correcting drainage issues, if any. 1. Northville Forensic Laboratory, 42145 7 Mile Rd, Northville MI 48167 2. Livonia Facility, 18080 Deering Street, Livonia Michigan 48152 3. Lapeer Post, 975 S. Main St. Lapeer, MI 48446 This is if there is enough thickness to mill and keep the integrity of the parking, this can be revealed by the cores. At Northville, stabilize approximately 15 feet high 100 feet long earth retaining wall at the south parking. Dimensions are approximate. Deliverables: Four reviews such as: reviews at 50%, 90%, final specification and bidding. No need for reviews at 50% and 90% at each phase as the Billable Rates contract calls for. Depending on project location, individuals may be required to wear masks to attend any meetings and for a firm to be eligible to submit proposals / quotations / bids. Bring and be prepared to wear a mask if required upon arrival. Requirements may change at any time and any updated guidance must be followed. Schedule: The goal is to have construction cost estimates by end of August 2022, bid late winter 2023 to start construction in Spring 2023.
