Description | Philadelphia Park located at 4200 Fork Creek Road Library/City Park located at 514 Thompson Street New Fire Department located at 800 Church Street Old Fire Department located at Church Street Contract dates: Please quote from 7/1/21-12/31/21. Contract will be renewed every six (6) months. Scope of work: Mowing, Trimming, Edging, Spraying and Debris Removal Minimum 16 with a Maximum of 18 mowing Growing Season All lawn areas will be mowed every 10 to 14 days during growing season. Each time the lawn is mowed all grass around immovable objects will be trimmed. Grass clippings will be blown from walkways, stairwells, patios, HVAC pads, driving and parking areas each time the lawn is mowed. Driveways will be edged every four weeks. Cracks in drives can be maintained by chemical spray as needed. The grounds will be checked prior to mowing for waste and debris. All will be removed before mowing. Dormant Season During the dormant season, all items addressed during the growing season are to be completed on an as needed basis. The site is to be visited every two weeks to inspect the grounds and its condition. Contractor will perform the duties during daylight hours. No work will be performed on Sunday’s or holidays without written permission. Trees: Contractor is responsible for removal of trees that fall during the contract due to Storms/Act of God. Contractor will have an option to quote Unhealthy/Dead trees that need to be removed. Current Overgrown Areas: The City of Philadelphia may clean some of the overgrown areas during this contract. The contractor will be responsible for maintaining these areas after the clearing process is complete. Contractor is responsible for damages to structural properties during ground maintenance.
