Removal and replacement of deficient concrete curbs, gutters, sidewalk panels, valley gutters, concrete streets, and alley pavement. Also includes asphalt pavement and landscaping/irrigation restoration. Potential work locations are generated from on-going citizen complaints and are not scoped at the time of bidding.
