| Description | Provide all labor, materials & equipment necessary to complete the reroofing of three (3) roofs on the Montgomery Building; One (1) Steep sloped roof ‘A’ with standing seam metal panels and two (2) low sloped roofs ‘B’ & ‘C’ with a Hybrid modified bitumen/PVC roofing membrane system. The work will also include installing new counter flashing, coping caps, sidewall flashings, and through-wall overflow scuppers, removing and reinstalling the lighting protection system, minor painting and minor masonry work, as specified in the Construction Document. Final completion to be done by 6/29/2020. The Montgomery Building is located at 130 Collegiate Loop, Tallahassee, FL 32306. |
