| Description | This is for a multi-year contract with qualified Contractor(s) to conduct maintenance and repairs on water wells and pumps at City owned wells and well facilities located within the City’s Water Service Area. Services will include pulling and repairing well pumps and motors, downhole well videos, brushing and bailing well screen and casing, chemical treatment, aquifer testing, well decommissioning, and related services. Purchase of water well equipment and services may also include but not be limited to: equipment, parts, materials and labor to maintain and repair City-owned water well facilities and equipment on an as needed basis for the Public Works/Water Utilities Division (PW/WUD) and other City divisions. Resulting contract(s) may also be available for use by other cities per the Special Terms and Conditions of this Request for Proposal (RFP). Any resulting contract(s) shall be for a period of three (3) years and is subject to annual renewal for subsequent up to two (2) annual periods as also provided for within the Special Terms and Conditions section of the RFP. | ||||||||||||
