PS 250 Multimedia Center/Path Of Travel

This project entails the conversion of Room 227 into a new multimedia center. Remove all existing loose furniture (bookshelves, tables, chairs) in Room 227 and turn over to the school. Remove existing display board and marker board and turn over to the school. Walls to be patched and prepared after removals. Remove all existing millwork and storage closets. Walls to be patched and prepared after removals. Remove existing VCT flooring, patch and prepare sublfloor for new VCT flooring. Remove existing window shades and provide new. Provide new built-in millwork. Provide new furniture and equipment. Existing lighting to be replaced. Provide new power receptacles and data outlets. Remove and replace existing concrete pavement.
