Description

The Town of Yarmouth, acting through its Town Administrator, hereby requests the submittal of proposals from qualified professional firms for the District Improvement Financing Consulting Phase One Wastewater Project. The contract and its award process are subject to the Uniform Procurement Act pursuant to the M.G.L. c. 30B. The Town reserves the right to reject any or all proposals when it deems it to be in the best interest of the Town. The Town is an EOE employer and encourages responses from Massachusetts certified minority and women-owned businesses.
