RSU 18 Bus Depot Addition Project

Project includes an addition and renovation to the Bus Depot. Renovations include mechanical and electrical upgrades to 4,800 square feet of existing garage bay and office space. The addition is a wood-framed connector to a Pre-engineered metal building high bay garage space of 2,980 square feet. Site work includes grading, paving, stormwater and sewer. The building will be partially occupied during construction, and work will be phased to accommodate ongoing operations.
