| Description | To provide snow removal services during the 2021-2022 winter season for its location at 900 Watervliet Shaker Road, Albany, N.Y. 12205. Snow plowing and removal is to start with the accumulation of two (2) inches of snow. Salting is to be performed immediately after snow removal and/or during icing conditions. Salt or other melting agent which is appropriate for the current temperature range must be applied in sufficient amounts to effectively melt snow and ice to pavement. All entrances, sidewalks, walkways and exits of the location, including the loading dock areas are to be cleared and salted each time the lot is plowed. |
