Description | Summary: The intent and purpose of this Invitation for Bid is to solicit bids from responsive and responsible bidders to provide Water Source Heat Pump Equipment for Richmond Redevelopment Housing Authority (RRHA) All Inquiries For Information Should Be Directed To: Arielle Truesdale Contract Specialist 600 E. Broad St Ste. 400 Richmond, VA 23219 804-780-4139 Arielle.truesdale@rrha.com All Inquiries For Information Should Be Directed To: Arielle Truesdale, Contract Specialist at Arielle.truesdale@rrha.com, Telephone Number: (804)-780-4139. All questions should be submitted via email by the close of business February 7, 2023 at 5:00pm. SCOPE OF WORK: The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, supplies, equipment, transportation, and incidental items of any kind as may be required to provide the specified parts, equipment and supplies. (See Attachment A). These services shall be performed in accordance with all terms, conditions, provisions, requirements, and specifications as set forth herein. A. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS: 1. Contractor's Personnel: a) The Contractor will screen and employ only qualified personnel who shall be skilled in the performance of their duties and acceptable to RRHA. The Contractor agrees to immediately remove any employee RRHA determines to be unacceptable. b) The Contractor agrees to follow all reasonable security precautions and procedures requested by RRHA. c) The Contractor shall be responsible for the conduct and performance of the Contractor's employees and compliance with the following rules: (1) Contractor's employees appearing to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs shall not be permitted in the buildings or on the properties. (2) No loud or boisterous conduct will be permitted. (3) RRHA reserves the right to request removal of any of the Contractor's employees from the building or property at any time for reasonable cause. The Contractor or the designated supervisory representative shall have such employee leave the facility premises upon receipt of such request. 2. Applicable Regulations and Guidelines: a) The Contractor shall be knowledgeable of applicable federal, state and local regulations, codes and guidelines. b) The Contractor shall be solely responsible for obtaining and complying with the applicable regulations and specifications with regard to their performance of the work and employee and public safety. |
