| Description | The University is seeking to hire a Contractor for renovation work that will be delivered by Job Order Contracting (JOC). As described in more detail in the bidding documents, work under the JOC will be limited to the following: The Roofing Contractor will provide materials and services in support of renovation or remodel projects on: 1) Operational OSHPD (HCAI) 1 regulated hospital, 2) Operational OSHPD 3 ambulatory clinics, and 3) Operational educational, administrative, and non-clinical spaces. Bid Security in the amount of $25,000 shall accompany each Bid. The surety issuing the Bid Bond shall be, on the Bid Deadline, an admitted surety insurer (as defined in California Code of Civil Procedure Section 995.120). Attendees should plan to login 5-10 minutes prior to the scheduled meeting start time to avoid any disruptions. |
