| Description | The work for this Project consists of exterior painting of 12 structures at Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore in Empire, Michigan. Contractor is responsible for removing loose, checked, or flaking paint; filling all cracks, open joints, splits etc. with approved filler or caulk; removing and replacing all loose window glazing; priming all surfaces before painting; painting all surfaces completely covering all areas to be painted. New paint applied will match existing paint scheme. Match paint to maintain the historical look of historical structure. |
