| Description | 1. Remove existing equipment and install new 2. 4 Boilers will set on existing housekeeping pad 3. New pumps will require new housekeeping pads 4. Piping will need to be completely reconfigured in the mechanical room to incorporate new pumps, boilers, air separator 5. Existing Steam to Heating Hot Water to remain intact, Contractor must incorporate the heat exchanger in piping design and ensure that the system can be utilized in the event it is required. 6. Existing steam boiler is NOT part of the scope of this project. 7. New housekeeping pad will be required for new expansion tank 8. The existing systems are pneumatic, the new equipment must be able to operate properly utilizing the existing building control systems as stand alone. 9. All new equipment must have manufacturer start up. | ||
