This includes removing and replacing the pavement, curb, and the drive approaches, as well as minor drainage improvements and streetscape enhancements. Bids for this project can only be accepted electronically. All lines shall be quoted. All bids must have the required paperwork and bid guaranty attached with this e-bid in order to be deemed responsive. If you are e-bidding and are using a check as the bid guaranty, the check must be received by the Division of Purchases and Supplies no later than the due date and time to be deemed responsive. The bid guaranty may be a bid bond or a certified check or cashiers check on a solvent bank.
