Williams Conference Center Expansion

Includes modifications to the current structure and approximately 3,390 s.f. of new building additions attached to the existing structure. The addition will include a large meeting room, lobby, toilet rooms, porch, and associated support spaces. A new deck will connect to the lobby and will include a ramp for accessibility. Interior modifications within the existing structure will include kitchen, mechanical and electrical renovations. Exterior improvements include re-roofing the existing structure to match the new addition, additional parking areas, walkway, site lighting, and storm water management features.
