Grounds Maintenance Services, Buffumville Lake, Charlton, MA and Hodges Village Dam, Oxford, MA

Furnish all equipment, materials, transportation, and labor to perform the grounds maintenance services at both the Buffumville Lake and Hodges Village Dam Project areas. The Buffumville Lake area includes approximately 4.6 acres of weekly maintenance area, approximately 4.4 acres of bi-weekly maintenance area, approximately 8.2 acres of monthly maintenance area, and an additional 0.35 acres (approximate) of annual mowing area. The Hodges Village Dam area includes approximately 2.3 acres of weekly maintenance area, and approximately 2.8 acres of monthly maintenance area. In addition, both projects include a spring clean-up, a fall clean-up, an annual application of fertilizer to be supplied by the contractor. Hodges Village Dam has approximately 0.2 acres of an annual planting maintenance (flower bed mulch and weed removal). The contractor will supply approximately 10 cubic yards of Brown Mulch for the flower beds. Services are to be provided in accordance with the following scope of work and schedule.
