State Theater Air Conditioning Renovation

The Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities and to reject any or all bids. No bidder may withdraw his bid within 60 days after the actual date of the opening thereof. Each Bidder must include with his proposal, a Bid Bond in an amount equal to five percent of his bid, payable to City of McComb, Mississippi, as bid security. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Payment Bond and Performance Bond each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the approved contract amount. Each Bidder must be qualified under Mississippi Law and shall affix his Certificate of Responsibility Number on the outside of the sealed envelope containing his proposal. This project entails renovations to the air conditioning system(s) in the State Theater building at 222 State Street, McComb, MS.
