Material Proposal

For furnishing the following material: 30,000 Gallons Beet Heet Concentrate - Sugered Sugar Beet Molasses based corrosion inhibitor. Further information regarding the letting may be obtained by contacting the Highway Commissioner at (847) 244-1101, Ext. 3. The Township in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively insure that the contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder without discrimination on the grounds of Race, color, or national origin. The awarding authority reserves the right to waive technicalities and to reject any or all Proposals, as provided in article 102.08 of the "Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction," prepared by the Department of Transportation.
