| Description | Any questions should be directed to John Newman, Public Works Superintendent, via email john.newman@cityoftracy.org no later than 5:00 p.m. on -, 2022. The intent and purpose of these specifications are to provide for the interior painting of City Hall in a neat and professional manner. The CITY will award the General Service Agreement to the lowest responsible bidder. The CITY may award a contract to the next lowest responsible bidder if the successful bidder refuses or fails to execute the contract. The CITY also reserves the right to reduce the scope of work for the interior painting at any time. The CITY reserves the right to reject any and all proposals or waive any irregularities in any proposal or the proposal process. |
