Chavez Branch- Parking lot re-pavement/ basin repair - Rebuild two existing, Remove frames, Rebuild basins, level, reset and level the frames, Remove the existing wheel stops, Excavate and haul away the existing asphalt in the entire parking lot (13,125 sqf), Regrade area and compact the existing base, Pave the area with 2.0” binder course, hot plant mix bituminous concrete and 2.0” surface course hot plant mix bituminous concreate, power rolled., Re-stripe entire area, Provide and install thirteen concrete wheel stops.
