| Description | The work covered under this contract generally includes the extension of existing sewer main from Old Farm Road cul-de-sac towards Route 2020-206 (Base Bid) and through easements across Lots 1, 2 & 3 on Block 484 and Lots 5, 6 & 7 on Block 575 (Alternate Bid). The Base Bid involves installation of 1,735 linear feet of 8" PVC mains, manholes and house laterals within the right-of-way. The project also includes approximately 1,900 linear feet of roadway restoration, full depth pavement reconstruction, milling and resurfacing the pavement in certain areas and drainage improvements involving roadside swales, reinforced concrete pipes, inlets, and manholes along Old Farm Road. The Alternate Bid involves installation of 464 linear feet of 8" PVC mains, manholes and house laterals within the sanitary sewer easement. |
