Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items and services prepared in accordance with the format in Part 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is issued as Request for Quotes (RFQ) 246-22-Q-0103. This procurement is 100% Buy-Indian set-aside under NAICS code 238220 with a standard business size of $16.5 million. Contractor shall provide a firm, fixed-price quote to provide and install HVAC units at the Wewoka Indian Health Center. The period of performance for this requirement is 90 days from the Notice to Proceed. Site visit date is below: Wewoka Indian Health Center: 36640 HWY 270, Wewoka, OK 74884 10 am CST, September 13, 2022 Questions are due no later than September 15, 2022 COB. The closing date for receipt of quotes is 5:00 PM, September 20, 2022. The contractor shall be responsible for all aspects of removing the old RTU's and curbs, along with upgrading the electrical for the pharmacy for 3 phase RTU. The contractor will need to integrate existing DDC components into the new RTU's . B. Overview of work to be performed but not limited to; 1. Remove existing RTU's. 2. Furnish and install new Lennox or equal 10-Ton roof top units 3. Furnish and install new Lennox or equal 7.5 ton roof top units. 4. Furnish and install new Lennox or equal 5 ton roof top unit 5. Furnish and install new 3-ton roof top unit.
