Demolition and Installation of the Front Overhead Doors on the Apparatus Bays at The Foxborough Fire Station

**As of February 24, 2023, project is on hold. No definite date for the rebid.**  The Town of Foxborough is looking to replace the 5 overhead front doors on the apparatus bay of the Fire Station located at the public Safety Building on 8 Chestnut Street Questions due by: February 7, 2023 @ noon In the event that this Request for Bid is in complete or information is missing questions must be made in writing and submitted to the Assistant Finance Director/Director of Accounting , Marie Almodovar, by email: Malmodovar@foxboroughma.gov in accordance with the instructions in the solicitation. The Work consists of DEMOLITION AND INSTALLATION OF THE FRONT OVERHEAD DOORS ON THE APPARATUS BAYS at the Foxborough Fire Station at 8 Chestnut Street and all work incidentals thereto, in accordance with the Specifications attached hereto. Additional drawings showing details in accordance with which the Work is to be done may be furnished by addendum from time to time during the bidding period by the Owner, and shall then become a part of the Contract Documents. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, services, materials, equipment, plant, machinery, apparatus, appliances, tools, supplies, and all other things necessary to do all work required for the completion of each item of the Work and as herein specified. The Work to be done and paid for under any item shall not be limited to the exact extent mentioned or described but shall include all incidental work necessary or customarily done for the completion of that item.
